The Online Marketing and Biz Dev Intern will be responsible for online organic and paid marketing for driving awareness, acquisition and retention and designing strategy and developing pitches to market to B2B customers. Job Description

Online Marketing and Biz Dev Intern (6-month Internship)


Get to know the role

  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies and leverage paid media marketing channels to drive growth
  • Execute and be responsible for channel performance of Facebook ads, Google campaigns and other online marketing campaigns
  • Derive actionable insights from campaign performance data and optimize campaigns 
  • Growth hacking through constant experimentation and iteration to uncover new business opportunities 
  • Identify, build business cases and design strategy to tap on B2B business development efforts and provide first touch to new B2B enquiries
  • Develop ideas for B2B campaigns, pitching and execution of campaigns
  • Possess prior experience and familiarity on marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag manager and Facebook and design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Demonstrates good understanding and appreciation of the online consumer search and purchase journey, for both B2C and B2B
  • Work on special projects with presentation at the end of the internship

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Are able to commit for 6 months, full-time (preferred)
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem solving, team player with a positive work attitude and great communication skills
  • Are self-motivated and innovative online marketer, with the ability to pivot and optimise campaign performance based on data and understanding of the customer. 
  • Are highly data driven, proficient in excel and loves making sense of numbers
  • Have an interest and aptitude in business development
  • Possess design skills, which is a plus for this role
