You will be working closely with our Operations and Admin team to ensure the smooth day to day running of Productive's focus space.
Requirements
1. Currently waiting to enter university or pursuing a diploma/degree
2. Meticulous and detail oriented
3. Outgoing and willing to engage in conversations
4. Experience with google suite and/or excel will be good
6. 5 day work week between Mon-Sat (9am to 6pm).
Expectation
You should love interacting with people to maintain a warm and friendly vibe. You are expected to work independently to complete the assigned tasks. We also expect you to be proactive and communicate with the team.
Responsibilities
1. Operations
Update the team on day to day issues at the focus space
Become well versed with SOPs to guide staff
Management of the space (setting up the space, preparing brewed coffee & refilling snacks, passing lunch orders to customers)
Top up inventory when stock is low
2. Admin
Familiarise yourself with the customer booking platform to carry out administrative tasks
Help the team with admin matters when required (responding to emails, researching, updating reports and guides etc)
Allowance - $750 per month
