You are expected to:
Assist in recruiting of insurance agents
Do resume screening, shortlisting, fixing appointment, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
Assist in employee engagement, resourcing activity, employee relations advice, performance management guidance and general support on a wide range of HR activities
Support to design and deliver best practice models to develop capability and provide assurance that candidates have obtained the skills needed for the job
Organise networking events
Handle necessary paper works and coordination
Activity management and planning for training activities
Assist to monitor sales process and activities
Provide guidance for cmfas examination
Other ad-hoc duties
