About the Role:
Are you looking to kickstart your career in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering? PROMACH PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Engineer (M&E). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience but a passion for learning and growing in the M&E field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-Ordinate & Assist in the installation of mechanical and electrical systems at project sites.
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to plans and timelines.
- Provide support in coordinating installation tasks and troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues to management.
- Ensure effective communication between site teams and management on project updates.
- Work closely with contractors, senior engineers, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- No prior experience required, training will be provided.
- Strong interest in M&E systems and willingness to learn.
- Ability to supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic AutoCAD is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
