We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on the real estate market, analyzing data, and producing reports and publications that provide valuable insights. Your research will support the marketing and positioning of real estate projects, as well as contribute to property-related video content and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, supply and demand, and buyer demographics.
• Analyze real estate data and generate insights to support investment decisions and marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and publications on real estate market trends.
• Support the creation of property-related video content with research-driven insights and data analytics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-backed content for real estate promotions.
• Utilize various data sources, including government reports, market surveys, and transaction data, to provide comprehensive property insights.
• Assist in competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities in the market.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and research skills with experience in data interpretation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in the real estate industry and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
