We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to create high-quality and engaging real estate videos. You will be responsible for editing property tour videos, market analysis content, and promotional materials that showcase listings and investment insights. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and experience in real estate or lifestyle video editing, we’d love to work with you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance property tour videos, market insights, and promotional real estate content.
• Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and branding elements to enhance video quality.
• Optimize video pacing, transitions, and color grading for a professional finish.
• Select and sync background music, sound effects, and voiceovers where required.
• Work with raw footage to craft engaging narratives that highlight property features.
• Adapt content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the team to align video content with branding and marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Experience in editing real estate, lifestyle, or marketing videos preferred.
• Strong storytelling and pacing skills to engage viewers.
• Ability to add text overlays, motion graphics, and basic animations.
• Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
• Own editing equipment and software.

Payment: Paid per assignment or based on the number of projects per month.
