Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, the HR Intern is to provide administrative support to the HR Department which include but not limited to: -
1) Recruitment & Selection
- Post job advertisement, screen resume
- Coordinate and conduct preliminary screening interview
2) Onboarding Process
- Prepare Letter of Appointment
- Coordinate and prepare the necessary to welcome new staff
3) Payroll Process
- Verify Timesheet, OT hours / Taxi claims
4) Administrative Support
- Perform Data entry using HR system
- File and update HR document
- Monitor and Update the Staff Attendance and Punctuality report
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resource / Business or its other equivalent
- Fresh graduates or interns are welcomed
- Have good communication and writing skills
- Meticulous and have great initiative
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Working Location: Toa Payoh
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6.00pm
