Role Description
You will be part of the Growth Marketing Team in charge of generating client leads to drive Propseller’s fast growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support the team in the planning, execution, and review of growth marketing strategies that will drive lead generation and business impact. You will be expected to brainstorm creative and ground-breaking ideas and be hands-on in driving marketing projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Automation (50%): Design and automate data reports, tracking, and reporting on marketing performance;
- Paid Channels Optimization (30%): Set-up, manage, and optimize Paid Search, Social Media and Native channels;
- Project Management (10%): Launch new initiatives and define supporting marketing processes, implement and improve them;
- Copywriting (10%): Conceptualise and write convincing copies for ads.
What We Look For
You are data-driven, hard-working, and not afraid to learn new things fast. You are looking to learn a lot about Growth Marketing and take responsibilities well beyond your current work experience to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing start-up.
- Student in the final year of studies in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Computing in Polytechnics or University;
- Previous internship in marketing teams or start-ups would be ideal;
- Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on mentality;
- Self-Driven: You take initiative and can work well independently;
- Effective English communication and proficient writing skills;
- Passion for startups, beautiful digital products, and amazing digital experiences;
- Fast Learner: you’re not expected to know everything upfront, but you identify your knowledge gaps and address them proactively;
- Empathy: Have the ability to understand and embrace people’s differences and act appropriately;
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs, with a focus on Excel and Sheets;
- Preferred: Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Copywriting, and Growth Hacking;
- Nice to have: Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, SEO, HTML & CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress;
- Able to commit either full-time or part-time for at least 6 months, with full-time for at least 4 months: Full-time working hours will be Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm), while part-time working hours will be at least 24 hours per week remotely or in the office.
