Role Description
We are looking for an analytical, target-oriented, and high-energy Sales Venture Development / Business Analyst Intern to help accelerate our growth.
As a Sales Venture Development / Business Analyst Intern, you will be helping Propseller’s Sales Management Team to enhance & elevate our Real Estate Consultant team by using analytics to draw insights into our sales performance. Our Real Estate Consultants are at the heart of our business; supported by state-of-the-art technological tools, they give top-rated service to our clients while closing 25x more transactions than the average property agent in Singapore.
This role is a unique opportunity for a first-class would-be-entrepreneur looking for lots of responsibilities and an immersive experience. You are going to have very diverse duties and responsibilities.
Our previous interns came from ESCP, Mines ParisTech, Ponts ParisTech, HEC Paris, ESSEC, St Gallen University, Solvay Business School, and worked previously at Bain & Company, Porsche, and leading startups.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data and analysis: Preparing insightful reports and analysis to support our critical weekly sales meetings and facilitate collaboration between Sales and all other Propseller departments. Doing market research on trends in Real Estate, generating insights, and implementing them into current sales strategies.
- Optimization of tools: Enhance our existing code-light tools while researching and implementing new cutting-edge ones as well to maximize our Real Estate Consultants’ efficiency and effectiveness
- Growing our sales team: Assists with initiatives to hire and enhance our sale team by identifying new ways to attract and search for sales talent whilst helping with our current sales talent Pipeline.
- Evaluating processes: Review and validate compliance of our clients’ exclusive agency agreements to our best processes and practices
- Project Management: Launch new initiatives and design supporting processes, implement and improve them
Ideal Candidate
You are “full stack” - both highly analytical and data-driven, yet also exemplify the quintessential, up-and-coming sales leader. You are energetic in personality, yet grounded in mind. You are more than comfortable discussing sales strategy with the sales leadership team on Monday, crunching numbers throughout Tuesday, and speaking with our Real Estate Consultants on Wednesday. Most of all, you live and breathe data-driven decision-making, and you are not afraid to challenge the status quo with your findings.
Requirements
- Student at a leading university/school in the final year of studies in Business / Engineering / Real Estate who has demonstrated outstanding achievements in academia and beyond
- Previous internship in management consulting firms or start-ups would be ideal
- Great communication skills in English
- Passionate about sales, start-ups, and helping a team elevate sales performance
- Achiever: you want to change the world and you find pleasure in achieving change, not in dreaming it
- Quick Learner: it is ok not to know everything but you are able to figure out what you miss and learn it quickly
- Can-do mentality: you like to execute by yourself the projects you work on, you are not afraid to do operational tasks, and have the ability to deliver quickly and efficiently without mistakes
- Empathy: have a great ability to understand and embrace people’s differences and act accordingly
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs, especially with Excel / Sheets

Compensation
S$1,800 – S$2,000 base salary
