The APAC HR Intern will be focusing on the analysis of the reports and support to the APAC HR team in achieving their objectives. You will work in a highly fluid and challenging environment with HR counterparts across the region. If you are highly analytical and committed we will like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly data on Headcount and Compensation of employees in the APAC region
- Assisting the HR Business Partner on the implementation of HR projects
- Providing support to internal customers within APAC and Corporate HQ
- Provide updates and recordkeeping of all progress of the assigned tasks
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree/Diploma in any field (Business/HR is preferred)
- Commitment period of minimum 6 months and commence from January 2021
- Keen interest to pursue a career in HR
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity
- Strong in Microsoft excel and able to handle large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
