What A Day Looks Like @ Prospr:
• Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Work pass applications
• Process employee claims
• Replenishment of office stationery and office refreshment when needed
• Manage office filing system
• Assist in onboarding process of new employees
• Staff leave administration
• Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Compile and prepare monthly reports and summaries
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
