Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Holdings (SIAMH) is a privately held company dedicated to bringing cutting edge technology and services in diagnostic imaging, radiopharmaceuticals and oncology services in Singapore, and to leverage local biomedical research to benefit the local population and economy.
SIAMH has the following subsidiaries - Asia HealthPartners, Advanced Medicine Imaging and Proton Therapy.
Asia HealthPartners provide aesthetic, wellness and imaging services. It is the reference and training centre for GE Diagnostic Imaging.
Proton Therapy is the first proton therapy facility in South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, located at Biopolis, Singapore.
Advanced Medicine Imaging and Medical Centre is also located in our Biopolis facility and provides medical services and latest imaging technologies in partnership with Philips Healthcare, where we are a reference and education centre for them.
Roles and Responsibilities
By attending this internship program, the intern will be guided on the implementation of facilities management policies and procedures. The tasks that they will mainly be assisting to maintain are the maintenance of the building systems as well as scheduling and troubleshooting issues. Once they are deemed proficient in these tasks, they will be given the opportunity to carry out sourcing, planning and managing minor addition & alteration projects as well as improvement projects.
Job Requirement
- Facilities Management background or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in Building systems such as Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, fire protection systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft office such as excel and word
- Able to multitask while able to meet stipulated deadlines to various stakeholders
- Good critical thinking with a keen eye for detail to identify and improve current processes
