Recruitment Role:
- Posting job advertisements on various job portals
- Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitment, keeping proper accounts & maintaining proper recruitment database
- Shortlisting & contacting all candidates for interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with manager
- Primarily focusing on sourcing & recruiting suitable candidates - Financial Consultant/Admin Staff
- Organizing of career talks and seminars
- Creating network and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes
- Actively sourcing for qualified candidates through various means and sources
- Support any ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned
- Administrative tasks assigned
Admin Role:
- Follow up with clients for manager
- Documentation of claims process
- Administrative duties
- Customer Service
- Liaising between manager and clients
Requirements:
- Singaporeans/ Permanent Residents only
- Possess at least a local Diploma in any field/A level or equivalent
- 21y/o and above
- No work experience is required
- Preferably possess Microsoft Office skills
Working hours:
9-6pm, mon-fri, office hours
part-time/full-time/interns welcomed!
