Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 5 days, 12-9pm

Salary: $2000 to $5000 per month

Duration: Candidates can come onboard and work with us for 1-2 months (short-term contract, with the possibility of extension).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be 21 years old or above.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

  • Minimum educational qualification: Diploma (local) or Bachelor’s degree.

  • Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR applicants only.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence to ensure efficient time management.

  • Task Coordination: Assist in organizing and prioritizing daily tasks and responsibilities.

  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.

  • Client & Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients, team members, and external stakeholders.

  • Document Management: Handle document preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
