Job Description

The intern will be attached to the Human Resource and Corporate Communications department and will support the team in the following activities:

Human Resource

  • Supporting the recruitment function that comprises of hiring, selection, and onboarding; 
  • Planning and conducting employee engagement programs and initiatives; and 
  • Working closely with stakeholders to implement organisational development, innovation and change management programs.

Corporate Communications 

  • Assisting in corporate identity and branding activities; 
  • Supporting the social media team in content production and management; and 
  • Participating in ongoing and new corporate communications projects.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in business communications as well as written and spoken English;
  • Be motivated, resourceful, meticulous, independent and results-oriented;
  • Be a team-player who is able to multi-task and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures; and
  • Keen interest in gaining experience as a HR generalist
