Job Description


  • Assist to coordinate recruitment with candidates and interviewers
  • Sort resumes and interviews, and record them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
  •  Maintain the database of passive candidates, current employees and potential talents.
  •  Assist to coordinate activities for new hires’ on-boarding administration
  •  Manage leave applications for employees
  •  Research & interpret Employment Act policies and put up recommendations as appropriate
  •  House-keep HR policies, forms and guidelines to ensure its timely updated and published
  •  Assist in employee communication matters
  •  Provide day to day support in the human resources operations and administration
  •  Perform all other duties and project when required

Job Requirement:

  •  Preferably Polytechnic student major in Human Resource or Business Management
  •  Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
