PSYKHE Pte Ltd – Marketing Executive

As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated candidate keen to enter the consulting world. This candidate will have strong marketing and project management skills to support various business leads on shaping PSYKHE positioning to prospective client candidates and peers, as well as finding smarter ways for our own PSYKHE team to work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform competitive research within the design and digital industry to improve and refine the PSYKHE proposition
• Drive marketing strategy to raise awareness of the PSYKHE brand and generate new leads
• Support marketing strategy execution and content creation including thought leadership, blog posts, case studies, project toolkits, content posts across communication channels
• Measure and optimise marketing activities to generate new leads

You are :

• A keen learner, with an interest for business innovation, marketing and consulting
• A creative and effective communicator, with strong verbal, written language skills in marketing strategy and execution
• Resourceful, with a high sense of ownership and drive
• Independent, unafraid to ask questions, and bring a strong can-do attitude
• A team player, collaborative and not afraid of building relationships yet challenging the status quo
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a growth mindset
• Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, Gsuite
