Job Description

Experience Design is a dynamic, rigorous approach to solving problems and PSYKHE is on a mission to reimagine, reframe, create and innovate by unlocking the power of design for our clients. As a User Experience Design Intern, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team solving problems and designing the end-to-end journey of a service, across digital and physical channels.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Support and facilitate evaluative and generative research activities (interviews, contextual enquiries, usability testing, workshops etc)
  • Synthesise research data, work collaboratively with teams to extrapolate and identify human insights
  • Use Design Thinking tools and methods to solve problems and drive change for our clients through 3 lenses : desirability, feasibility, viability
  • Develop core CX assets (research plans, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes) as required.
  • Articulate, explain and present the rationale behind the work

You are :

  • Passionate about design, and making an impact.
  • Understand and empathise with users – across clients, end customers, employees or the community for which we design for.
  • Able to identify opportunities for improvement – be it to drive customer experience, operational efficiencies, societal impact or business growth.
  • Imagine and conceptualise new services, prototypes and experiences
  • Effective communicator and an emphatic listener
  • Hands on, with a strong working knowledge of design tools – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch
  • Have a tertiary qualification in a discipline like Psychology, HCI, product design, User Experience or similar
  • Have an interest to specialise in a discipline of design (user experience, visual design, user research, etc)
