You are required to:
· Assist in the day to day administration of corporate restructuring engagements
· Liaise with various stakeholders such as creditors and regulatory bodies relevant to the corporate restructuring engagements
· Adjudication of creditors' claims
· Financial review and drafting of restructuring proposals
· Debtors' recovery and assets realisation
