Currently, we are looking for bright and dedicated interns who are looking to experience and learn about the wonderful world of advertising. In this role, you will discover and participate in the math and magic that goes into some of the best ads in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with project team to further understand the creative brief, target audience, key customer insights and experiences to ensure delivery of relevant and consistent interactive creative solutions
- Explore and develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business, product or brand in order to deliver creative solutions and experiences which are relevant to the client’s business / brand as a whole
- Present innovative interactive creative ideas and concepts to client; provide stimulus to help client visualize the creative idea
- Build a rationale for selling-in creative work - prepare to fight to retain integrity of core concept and provide the appropriate rationale for defense
- Modify creative concept, if necessary, until the client is satisfied
- Present final creative ideas to client; ensure client is on board with creative idea
- Make effective recommendations whilst balancing creativity with suitability/budget for the task, e.g. choice of 3rd party suppliers to work on project(s); select the music for client’s product, if necessary
- Take ownership for the delivery of the brand vision
- Work effectively with technical teams during post production; keep account team and Project Management aware of progress
- Work closely and collaboratively with the account team and Project Management teams to ensure a strong and effective team effort on all projects
Qualifications
- Candidates who are pursuing a diploma/degree in Art or Design or similar field of study
- Basic understanding of web development and design life cycle
- An understanding of Flash, HTML and the capabilities of web browsers
- Familiar with the latest design software products - Photoshop, Illustrator
- Can create original creative ideas and well developed concepts to meet briefs
- Able to define the creative idea and articulate why the work is on brief
- Can produce ideas that are capable of delivery and implementation in multiple channels
- Can grasp communication challenges and devise imaginative solutions and experiences
- Able to deliver relevant creative solutions based on a thorough understanding of the clients business, brand and their customers and competitors
- Can manage multiple clients and tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven process
- Looking for candidates who can commit to a full time internship from June 2022 to December 2022
