Job Description

An exciting opportunity to work and learn from the team in an open environment within a fast-paced and dynamic in an Advertising, Media and Digital industry.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to drive the recruitment process by conducting Talent Market Research
  • Assist in Talent Management by maintaining and updating Talent Pipeline database
  • Assist with coordination and execution of Campus Recruitment and Recruitment Campaigns
  • Providing prompt support in scheduling of interviews across the various agencies
  • Assist in collecting of new hire documents
  • Assist in research and relevant data collation when needed
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s in Human Resource/Management
  • Able to commit 6 months full time, immediate starters will be highly advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and good time management skills
  • Positive attitude, driven and willing to learn
