Job Description

This is a hybrid internship program where you will work closely with the talent acquisition specialist in a fast paced media environment. You will mainly focus on talent acquisition. Additionally, you will also support the core HR team with full spectrum of HR operations and administration processes.

The main tasks involve attracting candidates and matching them to suitable opportunities within the organization. You will act as the initial point of contact with job applicants and perform the initial phone screening of applicants for suitable placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create up-to-date job descriptions of all the relevant departments
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Conduct telephone interviews to screen for identify suitable candidate at the initial stage.
  • Assess the competences of applicants in relations to job analysis of the company and make recommendations.
  • Assist the talent acquisition team to design and revise assessment forms.
  • Provide follow up to applicants and develop good relations with former, current and future applicants
  • Conduct reference checks via email or phone.
  • Assist in talent mapping and identifying target pools of candidates according to our set criteria, for example by title, seniority or location.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Create up-to-date job descriptions of all the relevant departments.
