Responsibilities
- Provide software and network implementation, support and training
- Participate in meeting/discussion to gather users’ requirements
- Assist in documentations, test cases and specifications, preparation of software disk and training materials
- Provide user testing and sign-off for application software installations
- Provide training and implementation and hotline support to end-users
