Punch Industry Singapore Pte Ltd – Sales Support Coordinator / Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide sales and administrative support to sales team 
2. Follow-up enquiries
3. Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
4. Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers
5. Generate quotation, purchase orders, and sales orders
6. Coordinating with operation (factory) and purchasing to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
7. Perform any other duties such as simple packaging

Job Requirements

• Minimum S.P.M, O-level, NITEC/ HNITEC, Diploma or equivalent
• Team player with a positive work attitude
• Experience on Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and hard working
• Good working attitude, proactive, independent and self-motivated individual
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
