Job Description
JOB HIGHLIGHTS

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide sales and administrative support to sales team
- Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations
- Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
- Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers
- Generate quotation, purchase orders, and sales orders
- Coordinating with operation (factory) and purchasing to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
- Perform any other duties such as simple packaging
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum NITEC/ HNITEC, Diploma or equivalent
- Team player with a positive work attitude
- Experience on Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
- Preferred bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good working attitude, proactive, independent and self-motivated individual
- Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
