Job Description
Job Summary:
The main role of the Assistant Customer Representative Manager is to support the Customer Representative Manager in motivating and supporting a team of Customer Representatives to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing orientation, training and mentoring to new sales consultants
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Retaining members by handling customer complaints that may stem from the sales process
  • Prospecting within set guidelines
  • Recognising the importance of being a front-line team member by assisting in generating the team revenue target and in retaining customers
  • Maintaining the company’s brand reputation
  • Driving New member acquisition
  • Coach and develop sales consultants to a higher level of performance
  • Build a knowledgeable & disciplined sales team that is motivated and structured

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in fitness/yoga or wellness industry is preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience
  • Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as a Team Leader
  • Service oriented and a "go-get-it" attitude
  • Self-motivated and sales driven
  • Highly enthusiastic in healthy lifestyle
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
