Job Description

Job Summary:

Administrative Support in Personal Training Section


  • Assist Personal Trainers to consolidate commission sheets
  • Assist on tabulating Personal Trainers commission payroll
  • Handling Personal Trainers’ bookings & cancellations
  • Answering telephone enquiries & taking down messages
  • Handling POS systems and payments
  • Assist the department in any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year or above relevant working experience in administration is preferred
  • Experience in customer service industry is an added advantage
  • Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquiries
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • An eye for details & meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
