Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Lead, design, develop, execute and maintain application
2 Participate in collaborative technical discussions that focus on software user experience, design, architecture and development.
3 Co-ordination with BU and stake holders to go through impact analysis and to propose solution
4 Co-ordination with offshore team for the deliverables. Ability to mentor and lead teams of offshore and onsite developers
5 Provide L2 support on required basis during out of office hours
