PwC Singapore – Talent Acquisition Recruiter Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting recruiters in first level sourcing and screening of candidates
• Establishing and maintaining the accuracy of job postings to upkeep a consistent outlook on career portals
• Ensuring regulatory compliance for purpose of employment pass applications and audit checks on recruitment processes
• Monthly/quarterly reporting and analytics
• Management of vendor contracts and invoicing matters
• System support and enhancements testing for Applicants Tracking System.
• Supporting the interview arrangement process to ensure timely coordination and completeness of before-after interview procedures
• Process improvement and ad hoc project support

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline and looking to establish a career within Talent Acquisition team
• Project management/execution experience would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient as you will be working in a fast paced environment
• Organized and meticulous
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
