ORA is a seed stage startup and has raised seven-digit funds from leading South East Asian Angels as well as two Silicon Valley / California based venture capital firms - these funds will power the launch of two Direct to Patient solutions in SEA and lead the company towards the fundraising of a Series A round.
Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing and Singapore team to design and implement a great customer experience.
Provide direct customer care and assist in answering enquiries, sales and post-sales interaction.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Fulfil orders according to customer’s preferences.

Requirements
We’re looking for you to bring:
Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams on technologies we implement.
Familiar with healthcare and have a passion for it.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.
Good command of English (Written and Oral).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Self-starter, resourceful, responsive, sense of commitment and willing to learn.
Plus:
Major in Marketing, Mass Communications.
Proficiency in marketing computer software and social media platforms (please state the softwares you are familiar with).
Computer literacy is essential especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to use Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or any other designing software.
Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
