Maintain close relationship with our clients, attending and resolving their issues
Provide customer service to both B2B and B2C customers via phone/email/sms
Ensuring all clients details are maintain up to date on CRM
Coordination of Photoshoot / interviews with all relevant parties

Responsible for coordination of Courier and Pick up
