We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individual with great leadership skills and management experience in customer service or customer facing role. You will need to effectively lead the team in providing excellent customer service for our homeowners. At the same time, you will need to have proven experience of motivating and driving performance improvements within the team.
Responsibilities:
● Organize and run a fully functioning Customer Experience Team and an Experience Center focused on events
● Ensuring all customer queries are handled efficiently and providing customers with a great brand experience
● Coach, counsel, motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
● Manage and handle daily customer queries and escalated complaints (if any)
● Plan events and manage the P&L of Qanvast Experience Centre
Requirements:
● Min. 5 years experience as a manager or team leader in customer service, contact centre and other customer-facing field
● Result focus and proven team management skills including experience of managing a team
● Business proficiency in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking homeowners
● Passionate about people development and coaching
● Ability to multi-task, flexible, and resourceful
