Job Description

Business Analyst Intern (Full-Time/LOA)


  • Execute outreach campaigns across products, such as Equity Management, Consulting, Valuations, Fund Administration, Corporate Services, and Secondary Marketplace.
  • Create content and marketing materials for online and offline initiatives to effectively communicate value propositions and generate demand.
  • Analyse private market issuers and transactions through in-depth research, data sourcing, deal tracking, return projections, and financial modelling.
  • Create investor-facing materials such as reports and presentations for deal marketing, highlighting portfolio performance and investment opportunities.
  • Analyse product usage and telemetry data to collaborate with the Product team to enhance user experience and Net Revenue Retention.
  • Manage event logistics for webinars, in-person workshops, mixers, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Onboarding, Customer Success, Consulting, Valuations, Marketplace) to build a strong relationship with customers across all touchpoints. 

Job Requirements

  • Current student at a reputable university, pursuing a bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Candidates who can commit full-time (LOA) for at least 3x months will be prioritized.
  • Keen interest in startups, venture capital, and private markets at large.
  • Previous internship experience in a B2B/SaaS startup or an investment firm is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to take on challenging tasks.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
