You will be responsible for regularly creating bitesize informational content for our mobile application, in-app marketing campaigns and social media platforms
Responsibilities
Mobile In-Application
Generate and manage good contents
- Identifying latest trend/topic generated by users
- Generate user engagement on mobile app through creation of fresh social centric editorial contents
- Moderate user generated content and messages appropriately, based on social guidelines as defined by company
- Identify key trends and activities on various mobile applications and identify opportunities to apply them
- Establish and communicate workflow for mobile social feed
- Monitor campaign efficiency for optimal performance while driving maximum ROI
Public Reach through various channels
- Strategize with content management team to determine what content drives traffic and increases retention and engagement on XINDOTS mobile platform and various social media channels
- Stay current with social media best practices and technologies
Data collection
- Track and analyse analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize information to positively affect future outcomes
- Drive strategic insight through analysis of content performance, optimizing user generated content to achieve mobile application targets and objectives
Social Media
- Manage strategy, operations, optimization & growth of all social & content platforms
- Research industry-related topics
- Provide clear communications to creative team to illustrate articles
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g conversion)
Requirement:
- Diploma in marketing, communication, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or a digital media specialist
- Experience in content management
- Good with engagement on social media
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Required skills: Creative writing, Social Media, Digital Marketing
Social Media Specialist salary:
$2,800 - $3,500 depending on experience
5 days work week (9.30am to 6pm), Near to Mrt, Medical and dental insurance benefit
