Job Description

Are you an individual who trains yourself to understand the needs of your client and how to cater to those needs? Do you have experience in business proposal writing and flowcharting? You’ll be the most important team member that helps to write THAT perfect pitch of our solution to potential clients and agencies.

We are looking for a Business Support who’s able to 

  • Prepare proposals by determining concepts, gathering and formatting information, and writing drafts.

  • Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings.

  • Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal.

  • Develop proposals by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation.

  • Writes, revises, and edits drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organisation credentials.

  • Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding and coordinating printing.

  • Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.

Minimum Requirement

  • Preferably pursuing or recently completed educational qualifications in a Business-related field/study
  •  Fresh graduates are welcome
  •  Preferably with Information Technology (IT) background
