Business Planning Coordinator (8 Months Maternity Contract)
Administrative Tasks:
1. Prepare BOD/Profit meeting materials and draft meeting minutes
2. Maintain and organize BOD/Profit meeting formal approval list and approved applications
3. Organize and execute Team Bonding and CSR activities
4. Gather and consolidate JSOX requests and report
6. Maintain and update TAC company policy masterlist
7. Carry on other administrative, and ad-hoc assignments
Finance Tasks:
1. Prepare and submit monthly report to China & Asia
2. Assist quarterly Asia Business Meeting materials
Legal & Compliance Tasks:
1. Prepare and submit monthly, bi-annual legal reports HQ
2. Coordinate with HQ to handle legal inquiries
3. File and manage TAC contracts
Job Requirements:
- Diploma preferably in any fields with relevant working experience of 1-2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication skills
