CRM Assistant (1 Year Contract) | Luxury Retail

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Monitor the regional bi-monthly orders and deliveries of marketing peripherals and materials
• Prepare client list for mail-out across SEAO
• Prepare and submit relevant reports pertaining to CRM activation, keeping track of campaign performances and returns
• Monitor the marketing expenditure, ensuring alignment with company’s budget and requirements
• Seek approvals for materials to be used during client engagement events
• Prepare the client’s list for CRM activations
• Assist with the logistics coordination required for the clientele engagement
• Ensure proper follow-up and ROI tracking for all markets
• Receive shipment of marketing collaterals, conducting preliminary quality and quantity check
• Clear invoices and update inventory
• Coordinate Client development training
• Any adhoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in the luxury field, performing related/ similar function
• Strong coordination skillset, due to the territories to be managed
• Good communication skills, for engaging various stakeholders
• Good time management skills
