Temporary HR Officer / Assistant (Immediate - January 2022)
Temp HR Officer/Assistant Duties:
• Recruitment for Singapore offices, end to end process including liaising with local
recruitment agencies, shortlisting of candidates, interview coordination, Letter of
Employment signing etc
• On-boarding and Off-boarding process
• Assist in the monthly Payroll Processing
• Administer payroll – CPF contributions & submitting childcare, maternity claims, NS
claims
• Work passes application/renewal
• Employee engagement for local and overseas branches
• Training & Development arrangement
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree holder in any related field
• 2-3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in MNC environment
• Strong communication skills with all levels
• Able to commit 4 months

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
