Quest is an On-Demand Services Marketplace where users can seek help from others for timely, cost-competitive services, and simultaneously offer their services through the app. With more than 2,500 heroes on our platform, you’ll find pretty much anyone you’re looking to hire. In addition to benefiting the service seeker, Quest also aims to help freelancers reach out to more leads and increase income opportunities without the worries of safety or payments.
Quest is supported by the National Youth Council, SMU's Business Innovations Generator (BIG) by IIE, Enterprise Singapore, SG United, and has garnered thousands of users on our testbed Telegram channel within the first four months of operations.
Job Summary:
We are now looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to play a critical role in the early-stages of Quest. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will own, develop and lead our full digital marketing, content and PR spectrum. If you are creative, independent, a little weird, and love to get your hands dirty, we would love to have you over for a chat over coffee!
Marketing Intern (Aug 2021)
What you’ll be doing:
PR:
- Manage influencers and micro-influencer programs including identifying potential influencer partners and overseeing all communication with influencers
- Draft and disseminate content such as press releases, event invites, media drops
Social Media & Influencer Marketing:
- Content creation of posts based on brand goals and objectives - across all Quest-owned channels (IG, FB, Linkedin, Telegram and TikTok)
- Creative copywriting skills
- Regular brainstorming sessions and research for new marketing campaigns
- Conduct social listening (via tools) and analytics reporting
Digital Marketing:
- Learn how to execute SEO-boosting strategies for our website, and app-store optimisation
- Integrate keywords research/planning with content (blogs, copywriting, newsletters)
- Manage and implement outbound email marketing campaigns – Run A/B tests to optimise email marketing
What we are looking for:
- You're able to commit for a full-time internship, for 6 months from Aug 2021
- Good eye for design. (Bonus but not a must) Image and video editing, experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Minimally Canva.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.
- You’re a highly-driven individual with the knack to learn on the fly, and a creative-at-heart.
