Job Description

We're a Fortune 500 American MNC looking for an intern for our Human Resources team. The intern will receive support from the Regional HR Manager who will outline the intern's responsibilities and provide mentorship and guidance along the way.


Job Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interviews for prospective candidates with hiring managers
  • Scheduling appointments for candidates on interviews and assessments tests
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to meet human capital needs
  • Posting of job positions to various tertiary education institutions' career services portal
  • Reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet all requirements of position(s)
  • Maintaining records of all recruitment related matters
  • Managing a calendar with events including job/career fairs, recruitment talks and information sessions with tertiary education institutions
  • Drafting new hire announcements and office-wide emails
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the HR Manager and/or HR Director


Requirements:

  • A keen interest in HR functions
  • A desire to work in a diverse environment (16+ nationalities, 20+ languages!)
  • Meticulous and people-friendly
  • Experience in Recruitment or HR would be a plus
