Besides providing training – both formal and on-the-job training, we aim to cultivate a culture of learning among our staff. Apart from mentorship, we have initiated informal lunch sharing sessions for staff to share knowledge and experience. We also engage external trainers to improve our organisational knowledge as a whole.
