Job Description

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for assigned restaurants’ sales development.
  • Establish and maintain company policies and procedures for measuring necessary aspects of organizational performance.
  • Monitor, measure and report on restaurant development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
  • Plan, motivate, train and develop direct reporting staff to improve employee’s productivity and work efficiency.
  • Able to manage all the controllable and uncontrollable expenditures of the assigned restaurants within Company directions.
  • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of organizational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of organizational development objectives, purposes and achievements
  • Ensure our restaurants’ quality of food, quality of our customer service and cleanliness of the restaurants are maintained consistently at all times within Company guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma and above in relevant field
  • Must have at least 5 - 7 years of total restaurant management experience with at least 8 restaurants.
  • Computer literate
  • Results and service oriented
  • Adaptable, flexible and energetic
  • Experience in training and people development
  • Advantageous to have good understanding of Japanese cuisine
Salary
  • S$5000 - S$7000 per month
