Job Description
Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to RHG APAC businesses on all day-to-day HR matters in the course of business operations
- Manage and execute routine HR queries and transactions in a prompt and professional manner
- Carry out HR transactional matters in accordance to approved policies and procedures and within prescribed timelines
- Update HR Knowledge Base and employee handbooks and policies, support in HR events and conduct new joiners’ induction programme
- Contribute to continuous improvement through improvement projects, work simplifications, etc. to achieve better efficiency Maintain employees’ personal files and archive for easy retrieval and update employee data on HRIS systems
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on non-routine queries and requests and any other duties assigned from time to time
Learning Outcomes
- Stakeholder management – as part of the HR team, you will have the opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholders of various levels
- Understand and experience working in the hospitality industry
- Recruitment and Selection – Ability to Identify and source candidates, understanding the recruitment process and life cycle
- HR Operations – Ability to deal with general HR matters and understanding of required HR activities needed in an organisation
Ideal Fit
- Undergraduates who specialize in Business / HRM / Psychology / Hospitality or equivalent
- A strong team player who is matured and can handle customer relationships with integrity and professionalism Advance MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- High learning agility with strong adaptability skills and creative ideas and perspectives
- Strong verbal and written English
- Able to handle and manage projects and daily operations
