Job Description
- Assist the accounts payment function, ie input invoices and payments (cheques, GIRO, telegraphic transfers) to suppliers
- Assist in accounts collection function, ie match and knock out debtor collections (cheques, GIRO, telegraphic transfers) against customer accounts
- Assist in inter-company trade payable accounts / balance reconciliations
- Assist in monthly / quarterly accounts closing activities
- Assist in supplier, GST and bank reconciliation
- Assist with year-end statutory audit, eg preparation of audit schedules for auditors
- Annual stock-taking activities
- Collection and sending of mails
- Routine filing of office documents
