Job Description

(A) SPECIFIC (80%)

  • To provide sales and administrative support to Commercial Team (CSEs and CSMs), including:
  • Bridging support between CS & Operations and ensure smooth workflow between various internal departments and Corporate Services for day-to-day client requests including:
  • Medical reports
  • Setup appointments to Specialists, Network Clinics and RHS for corporate clients, when required
  • Resolves operational problems by coordinating various stakeholders and identifying solutions
  • To manage the service level of turnaround time for corporate clients with operations team from RM&RH
  • Compiling zonal analysis report – clientele listing and verifying using ACRA
  • Provide a bridging between CS, Finance & Operations
  • To man calls and emails from designated corporate clients for onsite and offsite health screening appointments.
  • To assist in issuing authorisation chit to clients when requests are received.
  • To requisite for stationary supplies.
  • To maintain inventory of brochures, marketing materials, stationery and office supplies, and ensure they are replenished at all times.
  • To ensure all office equipment of the department are in working order.
  • To ensure all office equipment of the department are in working order.
  • To collect and distribute external/internal mails and correspondences to the respective people
  • To update the data controller of new/resigned staff notification that is received via email.
  • To prepare the contract termination report monthly and do necessary paperwork for termination of contracts.
  • To handle requests by clients for D&D sponsorship.
  • To maintain a systematic and orderly filing system for all documents and contracts.
  • To compile and maintain training records of CSEs.
  • To man all incoming calls/emails through CS mainline and general email from corporate clients and various internal departments to respective CSE/CSMs for follow-up.

 

(B) GENERAL

1. To assist / participate on site events when required

2. To assist in all ad- hoc administrative matters

3. To Maintain the department fax server

4. To Tag and sight fixed assets annually

5. Any assignments given by the immediate supervisor
