(A) SPECIFIC (80%)
1 Assist the accounts payment function, ie input invoices and payments (cheques, GIRO, telegraphic transfers) to suppliers
2 Assist in accounts collection function, ie match and knock out debtor collections (cheques, GIRO, telegraphic transfers) against customer accounts
3 Assist in inter-company trade payable accounts / balance reconciliations
4 Assist in monthly / quarterly accounts closing activities
5 Assist in supplier, GST and bank reconciliation
6 Assist with year-end statutory audit, eg preparation of audit schedules for auditors
7 Collection and sending of mails
8 Routine filing of office documents
(B) GENERAL (20%)
1 Projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
