Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies targeting both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in the creation and design of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Help manage and update content on various marketing platforms, including websites and social media channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Support e-commerce strategies by helping optimize online product listings, manage online promotions, and analyze e-commerce performance data.
- Assist in public relations activities, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing media lists.
- Analyze marketing and PR campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing and communications data and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the healthcare industry and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
