Incorporated in 2001, Raffles Quay Asset Management Pte Ltd (RQAM) was established by Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited, Hongkong Land and Keppel Land Ltd with the mandate to market and manage One Raffles Quay. 1. To work closely with Marcom Manager in developing and executing marketing communications and retail Advertising and Promotion strategies, particularly in:
- Scanning day to day articles on print, web / audio to highlight mentions of RQAM + portfolios with or without agencies help.
- To work with assigned agency to handle all media queries/requests, interviews and preparation of media releases and media kit.
- Formulating marketing communications strategies to profile the portfolio positively through well-placed media releases and quotes and/or other marketing communication strategies.
- Work closely and assist Marcom Manager in preparing / drafting responses to media and public enquiries and feedback.
- Work closely and support Marcom Manager in liaising with shareholders’ corporate / marketing communications team(s) to co-ordinate any national, cluster or joint media matters to ensure the Company and portfolio is well re-presented
- Preparing and proposing materials or communications publications that will support the achievement of awards such as FIABCI, BCA Green Mark awards etc.
- To manage enquiries from all parties, such as the public, government authorities and tenants.
- To plan and implement advertising, promotions and communications campaigns and activities for the retail mall.
- To liaise closely with the advertising agencies, media partners and tenants to ensure the successful running of projects and events.
- To market the advertising and promotional spaces in the retail mall.
- To assist in the planning and execution of the overall marketing communications programs and budget. Also to submit estimates for the program costs as part of advertising and promotion campaigns plan development.
2. Custodian of Company’s overall communications materials / channels which includes:
- Corporate Identity – governance over implementation of corporate logo and templates for the different portfolio.
- Internet websites – ensuring accuracy of information and the theme used being appropriate with corporate strategies.
- Company’s official communication media – including press releases, briefing materials, media kits, and newsletters.
3. Events planning and supporting which includes:
- Organising / supporting corporate events and activities that raise the profile and enhance image of the Company such as SG50, Grand Opening Ceremony, etc.
- To coordinate and host property tours.
- To facilitate public requests (e.g. filming, photography, collaborations).
- To establish and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external agencies.
- To organise activities, events and programmes Corporate Social Responsibility activities with the adopted RQAM charity and etc.
- To co-ordinate festive gifts for office and retail tenants
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in marcom, public relations or communications.
- Degree in mass communications or its equivalent.
- Driven and highly organised
- Well conversant in written and spoken
