Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of sales operation tasks led by the Sales Manager
  • Assist and support the Sales team on each stage of the selling process
  • Participation in all team activities and integration into the team
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales
  • Keep Rainmaker-labs Management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records
  • Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required
  • Through those tasks, the intern will have the opportunity to discover the full range of ShopGuru selling activities
  • Tasks will be mainly focused on supporting the sales team optimizing ShopGuru revenue

Requirements:

  • Passion for selling (IT – Networking and sales industry background preferable)
  • Enthusiastic and self starting approach
  • Demonstrable record of sales success against quota
  • Knowledge and experience of coordination with partners and closing sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good level of knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intern must be open minded, motivated to learn new things, hardworking, and able to communicate well
  • Willing to pursue a career path in IT Sector with Sales focus
