Job Description

  • Close collaboration with the Sustainability Team to design and develop education content for our various projects on Environmental, Social and Governance “ESG”-related themes for the firm.
  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, and track news on sustainable finance, sustainable investing, and ESG reporting standards.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share our sustainability efforts internally and with the wider public.
  • Work closely with the Human Resource team to organize internal events in promotion of sustainability.
  • Work closely with our Administration team to progress our green procurement efforts.
  • Assist in designing the Sustainability website or apps and other publicity content on sustainability-related topics.
  • Compile ESG factsheets and reports from multiple fields.
  • Track and evaluate efficacy of our sustainability programs; recommend and implement improvements.

Key Skills / Experience / Attributes

  • 0 to 3 years’ experience in content / communication / project management / sustainability roles.
  • Strong advocate for sustainability and have a passion for a greener world.
  • Familiar with ESG trends and international standards.
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented individual.
  • An excellent team player with a positive mindset.
  • Excellent English language writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full-time availability for at least 6 months (ideally 12 months).
